If you miss your delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery up to three times. In New York City, undelivered orders can be returned to Le French Wine Shop at 161 Amsterdam Avenue for complimentary pickup.

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures, so Le French Wine Shop may delay or adjust shipments to protect the quality of your bottles.

Shipping may be postponed when temperatures fall below 25°F (-4°C) or rise above 88°F (31°C).

If you request delivery despite a weather warning, we cannot provide refunds or accept returns for wine damaged by those conditions.
