Yes, at times. Please note bottles 10+ years old are purchased at the customer’s risk and are non-returnable given natural bottle variation over time.
Shipping & Pickup
We currently ship to Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Washington D.C., and Wyoming. Ordering restrictions may apply by state.
UPS is our primary carrier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, service level, and destination.
Your estimated delivery window displays at checkout. Typical timing is 2–14 days from order placement depending on destination, service level, and weather holds.
We offer free in-store pickup. Check our location & hours before heading over.
Yes. Alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature with valid ID. Packages cannot be left unattended.
Returns
Per New York law, returns of alcohol are allowed only if the product is defective (e.g., cork taint) or damaged in transit. Customer-error returns are not permitted.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 72 hours of receipt/approval. Your bank may take 2–10 business days to post the credit.
Wines 10+ years old are non-returnable and purchased at the buyer’s risk due to natural variability.
Email us within 2–3 hours of ordering. If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

You can checkout as a guest, but an account helps you track orders, manage addresses, and view history.
Sign in and update your Profile and Addresses. Please keep details current—incorrect addresses can cause delivery failures and fees.
