EYE

Bright straw yellow with green reflections, clear and luminous, reflecting freshness and youth.

NOSE

Refined and elegant, with aromas of lemon, white peach, and green apple, followed by hints of lime blossom and wet stone. The bouquet is pure, precise, and distinctly mineral, showcasing classic Alsatian Riesling character.

MOUTH

Dry, crisp, and well-balanced on the palate. Vibrant acidity supports flavors of citrus, pear, and flint, creating a lively and textured structure. The finish is long and saline, leaving an impression of clarity, tension, and refreshing minerality.

PAIRING
