Pale salmon to light pink in hue, it presents aromas of raspberry, red berry, citrus peel, and delicate florals. On the palate it's crisp and lively, with bright acidity and a clean finish. This rosé suits summer evenings nicely and pairs well with grilled fish, light charcuterie, goat cheese, or Mediterranean salads.
