DESCRIPTION

Château Puyanché Francs Côtes de Bordeaux is a rich and balanced red wine crafted mainly from Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby in color, it opens with aromas of blackberry, plum, and subtle spice, accented by notes of vanilla and toast from gentle oak aging. The palate is smooth and structured, offering ripe fruit, fine tannins, and a long, elegant finish. This classic right-bank Bordeaux pairs beautifully with roasted meats, duck, or aged cheeses.

Château Puyanché

Château Puyanché belongs to Vignobles Arbo, a family estate led by Bernadette and Joseph Arbo in the Francs Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Spanning over 50 hectares of clay-limestone soils, the vineyard is cultivated sustainably and primarily planted with Merlot and Cabernet. The estate produces elegant, well-balanced wines that express the finesse and authenticity of Bordeaux’s right bank.

Bordeaux

Bordeaux is the largest and possibly the most famous wine region in France marked by it's rich history beginning in Roman times. Back in 1885, several Châteaux were classified into grand crus with five quality levels which still exist today. As a port town, its unique geography is built around the Garonne, Dordogne and Gironde rivers which have created it's famous left bank (Medoc) and right banks (Pomerol and Saint-Émilion) and the Entre-Deux-Mers (between two "seas" or rivers) regions. 90% of Bordeaux wine is red with artful blending of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot and sometimes malbec. Wines showcase a full range of taste profiles from earthy with strong and dry tannins to softer and smoother with notes of plum, black fruits. There are the go to French wines with red meat dishes.
