The Pouilly-Fuissé Terroir from Domaine Jean-Pierre Sevé is a refined Burgundy white crafted from 100% Chardonnay. Grown on limestone and clay soils in the Mâconnais, this cuvée combines richness with mineral elegance. Vinified with precision, it expresses both purity and depth, offering ripe fruit flavors balanced by freshness and a long, harmonious finish. It is a classic expression of Pouilly-Fuissé, where terroir and tradition meet in perfect balance.

EYE

This Pouilly-Fuissé shows a brilliant pale gold robe with delicate green highlights, shimmering with clarity. The texture in the glass reveals both liveliness and depth, a sign of its balance between freshness and richness.

NOSE

The bouquet is elegant and layered, opening with notes of lemon, white peach, and ripe pear. Hints of acacia blossom and hawthorn bring floral refinement, while subtle touches of almond, flint, and buttered brioche underline its complexity.
