Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry

Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry is a prestigious Margaux Grand Cru Classé (Third Growth) from Bordeaux’s Left Bank, owned by the Zuger family since 1955. Its vineyards sit on gravelly soils over clay and limestone, ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The estate practices sustainable farming and holds HVE certification. Malescot is known for elegant, aromatic wines combining cassis, dark fruit, floral notes, spice and silky tannins, with refined oak and excellent freshness.

Bordeaux

Bordeaux is the largest and possibly the most famous wine region in France marked by it's rich history beginning in Roman times. Back in 1885, several Châteaux were classified into grand crus with five quality levels which still exist today. As a port town, its unique geography is built around the Garonne, Dordogne and Gironde rivers which have created it's famous left bank (Medoc) and right banks (Pomerol and Saint-Émilion) and the Entre-Deux-Mers (between two "seas" or rivers) regions. 90% of Bordeaux wine is red with artful blending of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot and sometimes malbec. Wines showcase a full range of taste profiles from earthy with strong and dry tannins to softer and smoother with notes of plum, black fruits. There are the go to French wines with red meat dishes.
