Crafted from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, it offers a delicate balance of fruit, florals, and minerality. Light and elegant, this rosé is the perfect companion for warm-weather moments and leisurely dining.

EYE

This rosé displays a pale, luminous pink color with peach reflections, brilliant and clear in the glass.

NOSE

The bouquet is fragrant and refined, offering aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry, and white peach. Hints of lavender and fresh herbs bring a floral, aromatic lift.

MOUTH

On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with flavors of red berries, melon, and grapefruit zest. A vibrant acidity and subtle minerality lead to a dry, refreshing finish with a hint of floral elegance.

PAIRING

Perfect with grilled seafood, summer salads, and Provençal tapas. It also pairs beautifully with goat cheese, fresh vegetables, or simply enjoyed as an aperitif on a sunny day.

Château Saint Jean

Château Saint Jean is a renowned estate in the Alpes de Haute-Provence, known for producing wines that reflect the region’s pristine terroirs and Mediterranean charm. With a focus on sustainable viticulture and precise winemaking, the estate crafts wines that are expressive, balanced, and full of character.

Provence

Provence is the oldest wine producing region of France with a perfect sunny, dry and warm Mediteranean climate cooled down by the frequent Mistral wind. The Greeks were the first to plant grapevines in Provence more than 2,000 year ago and were already known for making rosé wines(!) The region has also a long history of blending grape varieties for their winemaking, such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Carignan, Bourboulenc and Mourvedre to name a few. Today, rosé accounts for more than 80% of Provence wine production, it gained in the past 10-15 years the reputation for being among the best Rosés produced in the world, showcasing refreshing minerality, refined floral aromas with fruity and citrussy flavors. These wines are best to enjoy chilled during the hottest months of the year, at summer parties, with a barbecue, with seafood or just with refreshing salads. Some people drink them also year around.
