Anthony Girard’s Sancerre L’Indiscrète is a premier expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with sharp minerality and "textbook" Sancerre character. This Kosher wine is produced under the strict supervision of the Rabbi of Paris and OU, offering a rare, high-end, non-Mevushal option for the Kosher market. Crafted from 45-year-old vines, this wine is defined by its dual-terroir influence: the caillottes (Oxfordian limestone) provide bright, floral aromatics and elegance, while the flint (silex) soils contribute the signature "gunflint" smokiness and structural power. On the palate, expect vibrant layers of grapefruit, white peach, and lime zest, underpinned by a persistent saline minerality

Domaine Anthony Girard is a standout modern estate located in the southern part of the Sancerre appellation near the hamlet of Récy. Established in 2012 by Anthony Girard who previously honed his craft at the family estate Domaine des Brosses and across the globe in the Rhône, South Africa, and New Zealand. The estate is defined by "boundless energy" and a commitment to precision. The hallmark of Anthony Girard's winemaking is his access to old vines (average 45 years) and a rare blend of Sancerre’s two most prized soil types: Caillottes (Limestone) and Silex (Flint) with Organic and Sustainable farming practices.
