EYE

This wine displays a deep ruby-red color with purple highlights, bright and clear in the glass. Its intensity reflects its youthful energy and fruit-forward character.

NOSE

The bouquet is inviting and expressive, with aromas of ripe black cherry, cassis, and plum. Subtle notes of spice, vanilla, and a touch of cedar add complexity.

MOUTH

Bordeaux is the largest and possibly the most famous wine region in France marked by it's rich history beginning in Roman times. Back in 1885, several Châteaux were classified into grand crus with five quality levels which still exist today. As a port town, its unique geography is built around the Garonne, Dordogne and Gironde rivers which have created it's famous left bank (Medoc) and right banks (Pomerol and Saint-Émilion) and the Entre-Deux-Mers (between two "seas" or rivers) regions. 90% of Bordeaux wine is red with artful blending of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot and sometimes malbec. Wines showcase a full range of taste profiles from earthy with strong and dry tannins to softer and smoother with notes of plum, black fruits. There are the go to French wines with red meat dishes.
