This Extra Brut Première Cuvée from Bruno Paillard is the signature non-vintage champagne of the house, offering a refined and terroir-driven expression of the Champagne region. Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with a significant proportion of reserve wines and minimal dosage, it delivers purity, elegance and depth. Fresh yet structured, it is ideal for both elegant aperitifs and full-course pairing.

EYE

Bright golden-straw colour with very fine, persistent bubbles that highlight its refined mousse.

NOSE

Aromas of citrus zest, subtle red berries, and delicate brioche, supported by hints of almond and light floral notes, offering both freshness and depth.

MOUTH

Pure and energetic with crisp acidity and a smooth texture. Flavours of citrus and orchard fruits unfold with a touch of toast and minerality, leading to a long, clean, and elegant finish.
