The Côtes du Roussillon Villages from Domaine de Bila-Haut by M. Chapoutier is a powerful and expressive red wine crafted from Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan. Grown on the stony, schist soils of the Roussillon Bila-Haut vineyards, the V.I.T cuvée stands for "Very Important Terroir", Bila-Haut most iconic and elevated vineyard plot, delivering depth, complexity, authenticity and remarkable balance. Concentrated yet fresh, it is a benchmark example of the region's potential for producing structured, elegant wines that can be comparable to the best Rhône wines.
EYE

This wine displays a deep garnet-red color with purple highlights, dense and luminous in the glass. Its intensity suggests power and concentration.

NOSE

The bouquet is complex and intense, revealing aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum. Notes of garrigue herbs, black pepper, and licorice add layers of Mediterranean character.

MOUTH
