This cuvée is sourced from three distinct terroirs, each contributing freshness, minerality, and depth, resulting in a wine of remarkable balance. Lively yet generous, it combines ripe fruit with a clean, precise finish, offering a classic expression of southern Burgundy Chardonnay.

EYE

This wine shows a bright pale-gold color with glints of green, clear and brilliant in the glass. Its shine and light viscosity suggest both freshness and concentration.

NOSE

The bouquet is expressive and elegant, revealing aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe pear. Hints of almond, acacia honey, and chalky minerality add complexity and depth.

MOUTH

On the palate, it is vibrant and balanced, combining flavors of lemon, peach, and fresh apple. A lively acidity supports a rounded mid-palate, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish that leaves a clean and elegant impression.

For generations, the Fichet family has cultivated Chardonnay with respect for the land, focusing on sustainable viticulture and careful vinification. Their wines are known for expressing the nuances of each terroir, with elegance, clarity, and precision.
