Les Quinze Hommées is a single-parcel Muscadet Sèvre et Maine from Jérémie Huchet, one of the rising names of the Pays Nantais. Made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grown on the granite and gneiss soils of the parcel that gives the wine its name, the 2023 is aged on its fine lees for added texture and depth. Crisp, saline and precise, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers and crushed stone, it is a classic partner for oysters, mussels, grilled fish and fresh goat cheese.
