Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, it reflects the elegance and finesse of the region’s terroir. Produced using the traditional method with extended aging on the lees, it reveals a delicate mousse and remarkable freshness. This Crémant is vibrant, balanced, and celebratory, offering a pure expression of Alsatian craftsmanship. EYE

Pale golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles that create a lively and elegant effervescence.

NOSE

Fresh and expressive, with delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus zest, and subtle notes of brioche from its traditional bottle aging.
