With 2,000 years of history featuring kings'castles and fortresses, the Loire Valley is home to 31 appelations, starting in the Muscadet to the west near the Atlantic Ocean, passing by Chinon, Vouvray and the Touraine in the middle, to end to the famous village of Sancerre, located all the way to the East.
