EYE

Bright salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles and a shimmering brilliance that evokes freshness and refinement.

NOSE

Expressive and charming, revealing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red currant, enhanced by subtle floral notes and a delicate hint of brioche.

MOUTH

Domaine Allimant-Laugner

Located in Orschwiller, at the foot of the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg, Domaine Allimant-Laugner is a family estate with eleven generations of winemaking tradition. Today, the domaine covers about 12 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards. The Laugner family combines ancestral know-how with modern precision, crafting wines that highlight purity, elegance, and the authenticity of Alsace’s varied terroirs.
