DESCRIPTION

Solstice Rolle IGP d'Oc is a fresh and aromatic white wine crafted from Vermentino grapes grown under the Mediterranean sun of southern France. Combining citrus brightness, floral delicacy, and smooth texture, this cuvée embodies the easy-drinking elegance typical of southern French whites. Balanced, vibrant, and full of charm, it's an invitation to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of the Languedoc.

EYE

Pale yellow with silver-green reflections, bright and clear, suggesting freshness and youth.

NOSE

Elegant and fragrant, with aromas of citrus, pear, and white peach, lifted by floral hints of acacia and wild herbs. Subtle mineral tones add finesse and depth.

MOUTH

Lively and round on the palate, with refreshing acidity balanced by a soft, silky texture. Flavors of lemon, green apple, and stone fruit unfold harmoniously, leading to a crisp, clean finish with a touch of salinity.

PAIRING

Perfect as an aperitif or served with seafood, sushi, grilled fish, or summer salads. It also pairs beautifully with Mediterranean vegetables, goat cheese, or light pasta dishes — ideal for warm days and relaxed dining.

Vignerons Propriétés Associés

Based in the Languedoc region, Vignerons Propriétés Associés unites several family-owned cooperatives that share a commitment to quality, sustainability, and authenticity. Together, they produce wines that highlight the diversity of the southern French terroirs. The Solstice range reflects this philosophy — expressive, modern, and crafted to showcase fruit purity and regional character.

Languedoc-Roussillon

The Languedoc-Roussillon region, located west of Provence and South of the Rhône valley, on the Mediterranean Sea, is the largest wine region of France. It is known for its rich wine and culinary history influenced by the Roman period and its mediterranean culture and climate. Benefiting from "usually" good growing conditions, winemaking creativity and experimentation thrive here, as new generations of producers have focused on premium wines and organic or natural farming. Native red grape varieies such as Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault result usually into bold and smooth red blends with always a touch of earthiness or dry herbs. This region is diverse and exiciting in its offerings, and offer a wide range of wines from simple single varietals to sophisticated red blends that will compete against the best wines in the world. Enjoy Languedoc wines with grilled meat or fish (for the whites), lamb stews, or any mediterranean dishes.
