Cuvée Olric from Château Cesseras expresses the warmth and depth of the Minervois region through a generous, fruit-driven style. A blend dominated by Mediterranean varieties, it offers ripe red and black fruit layered with gentle spice and a hint of garrigue. The palate is smooth and well-rounded, supported by soft tannins that bring structure without heaviness. Balanced and harmonious, this wine reflects both the sunlit landscape and traditional craftsmanship. Approachable now, it can be enjoyed on its own or alongside comforting, flavorful dishes.

Deep ruby-red with garnet reflections, suggesting both concentration and freshness, while the clarity of the wine highlights careful vinification and clean fruit expression.
