Grown on the south-facing slopes overlooking the Cher River, this cuvée combines aromatic intensity with freshness and minerality. Elegant and well-balanced, it offers both the vibrancy of Loire Sauvignon and the depth typical of the Chenonceaux appellation - a wine of precision, charm, and purity.

EYE

Pale gold with green reflections, brilliant and clear, showing freshness and youthful energy.

NOSE

Expressive and complex, with aromas of citrus, white peach, and passion fruit, complemented by hints of elderflower, flint, and subtle herbal notes.

MOUTH

Crisp and vibrant, with lively acidity balanced by a smooth texture. Flavors of grapefruit, pear, and lime zest unfold harmoniously, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish with saline precision and depth.

Domaine des Mazelles

Situated in the heart of the Loire Valley near the village of Pouillé, Domaine des Mazelles is a family estate run by Jean-Luc and Didier Mardon. The domaine has been cultivating vines for generations, focusing on the Touraine and Touraine Chenonceaux appellations. Their vineyards are sustainably farmed and planted on limestone and flint soils that give the wines their distinctive freshness and minerality. The Mardon family’s meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar results in elegant, terroir-driven wines.
